Players will be refunded the amount they had in their bankroll on Black Friday, 15 April 2011.

For two and a half years USA poker players have not had access to their Fulltilt funds, while the rest of the World have already been refunded to the sum of $184 million.

US Players must submit their claims before 15 November 2013 using the submission form available on the Full Tilt Poker Claims Administration website.

FullTiltPoker Claims – Petition for Remission

Fulltiltpoker claims can be submitted online, players that have already applied will receive an email on how to proceed, players that have not yet submitted will have to submit before the cutoff date – 15 November.

Players can submit their Petition for Remission on the Full Tilt Poker Claims Administration website, from 16 September. Players must meet the requirements of the 28 C.F.R. § 9.8 in which they are victims of a forfeited company.

The GCG has reviewed all the administrative data supplied by Full Tilt Poker to calculate all players balances as they were on the 15 April 2011.

Players who have not yet received an update by email can still submit their claim online, all FullTiltPoker bankrolls will be refunded on a pro rata basis. Details and Instructions on how to submit a Petition for Remission will be available on the website.

Full Tilt Poker have since been bought by PokerStars who have paid more than $547 million to acquire Full Tilt Poker assets in July 2012. Funds paid by PokerStars will be used to reimburse players who were defrauded by FullTiltPoker.
