How Cashout Tournaments work

Every player that buys in to the tournament will contribute half their buy-in, excluding the tournament fees, to the cashout prize pool. As an example if you were to play the MiniFTOPS event #18 your buy-in would be $20 + $2 you would then pay half the buy-in which is $10 to the cashout prize pool and the other half $10 will be added to the main prize pool which is used like a regular tournament. Cashing out your starting stack 1500 chips will get you $10 if you triple your chip stack during the tournament to 4500 chips they will be worth $30 when cashing out.

At any point before the final table players will have the option to cashout some of their chips or all of their whole chip stack to leave the tournament.

Cashing out in Cashout Tournament

Any player who cashes out all his chips will leave the tournament and finish in that position as if they have been eliminated. Chips can be cashed out in increments of 10% of your original starting stack so you can cash your chips while you increase your stack.

Cash out 10% of your starting stack 1500 each 150 chips is valued at $1*
Double your stack to 3,000 chips and cash out half your stack 1500 chips and get $10* from the cashout prize pool
Double your stack to 3,000 chips and cash out all 3000 chips and get $20* from the cashout prize pool

*Chip value based on a buy-in of $20+$2

When cashing out some of your chips they will be removed from your chip stack as soon as the next hand begins. If the player is eliminated or their chip stack is less than the requested cashout it will be canceled.

If the player decides to make a full cashout they will get the value of their chip stack removed from the cashout prize pool.
