The best part about Amaya Gaming is the amount of gaming licenses they have worldwide with more than 100 licenses including: UK and New Jersey.

Under new ownership PokerStars future in US is looking bright and will launch in New Jersey within the next few weeks.

Full Tilt Poker has dropped significantly in poker rankings since Amaya have started to focus on online casino games and new FullTilt live dealer casino.

Many PokerStars pros have been dropped from the roster the latest incident was with WSOP champ Joe Cada who terminated his contract because the site would no longer offer him a 100% rakeback deal.

This week thousands of PokerStars Affiliates were dropped due not bringing enough players or not actively promoting the site.

Joe Cada Saga

Joe Cada ended his contract this week because the company refused to give him his old 100% rakeback deal and felt that as a sponsored pro he should not be charged to used their online gaming product.

PokerStars Affiliates

This week PokerStars affiliates were targeted and dropped for not bring in the required amount of players or not actively promoting PokerStars.

Affiliates play a large role in increasing a poker sites sign-ups and traffic by referring players through several methods including promotions.

PokerStars requirements for a new real money player are much harder to achieve than other online poker sites which is probably why most affiliates don’t promote the brand as actively as the other top 5 poker sites.

Some of these affiliates have brought players to the site since their inception and still earn a small percentage from their list of referred players through the years.

Sadly these affiliates will lose their income from what was originally advertised as life-time player revenue which has since been removed through many changes in policies over the last few years.
