PokerStars Duel is a series of videos featuring celebrities playing heads-up poker for charity, in front of an audience of poker pros and fans.

The series includes players: Cristiano Ronaldo & Neymar Jr (football legends), Aaron Paul (Actor, Breaking Bad), Sara Sampaio (Victoria Secrets model), Mireia Lalaguna (Miss World) and John Boyega (Actor, Star Wars). The table scenes look like they have been re-enacted for that extra Hollywood effect.

The players are coached by PokerStars pros Vanessa Selbst, Andre Akkari, Fatima Moreira de Melo and may only use one timeout per match.

Winner of the heads-up poker match gets to choose the charity for the donation sponsored by PokerStars.

Neymar Jr has been a great investment for PokerStars as the Team SportsStars Pro has reached a wider audience through social networks.

Recently Neymar Jr and Cristiano Ronaldo featured in a PokerStars Advert which also gained attention when it was shared to millions of supporters on their official Facebook pages.

Last week the Neymar PokerStars commercial had to be removed from their UK Dream Team campaign. A UK gambling regulation prevents gambling sites from using persons under the age of 25 for promotions.

PokerStars have launched their biggest marketing campaign yet with two video commercials featuring their latest signings Cristiano Ronaldo & Neymar Jr.

The videos have been posted by the Team Sportstars on the official Facebook pages where the two football stars have a combined fan base of over 157 million.

The PokerStars commercials will reach a wider audience than any of their previous campaigns, both PokerStars adverts feature the football stars having fun playing a competitive home poker game with friends.

Legendary footballer Cristiano Ronaldo has joined Team PokerStars as a brand ambassador, his role will be to promote the Pokerstars brand and poker to a large new audience.

The Real Madrid and Portuguese national forward was added to Team PokerStars on the 27th May 2105, only a couple weeks after Brazilian and Barcelona football legend Neymar Jr was added the the Team.

The two football superstars join an already impressive sporting team line-up with the likes of Brazil’s Ronaldo, Olympic field hockey captain Fatima Moreira de Melo and tennis legend Rafa Nadal.
