Sponsored by 888poker, the Crazy Eights tournament has two starting days on July 1-2 with a total of four starting flights. The $888 buy-in 8-handed tournament allows re-entries, if a player is eliminated in any starting flight they may register for any of next flights.

The Poker Players Championship is true test of a poker players abilities. The 6-handed tournament features eight different variants of poker. With a buy-in of $50,000 it attracts poker pros who’s skills exceed NL Holdem.

2016 WSOP Poker Players Championship

Running since 2006 as the H.O.R.S.E event and changed to the Poker Players Championship in 2010. The tournament has been won by the best in the game including: Chip Reese, Scotty Nguyen, Michael Mizrachi (twice) and Brian Rast. The winner receive a WSOP bracelet as well as the Chip Reese trophy for the year of their victory.

The five day event is a true test of overall poker skills as it features a variety of nine types of poker games. The games include: Limit Hold’em, Omaha Hi-Lo Split-8 or Better, Seven Card Stud, Seven Card Razz, Seven Card Stud Hi-Lo Split-8 or Better, No-Limit Hold’em, Pot-Limit Omaha, 2-7 Triple Draw Lowball.
