wsop one dropThe 2013 WSOP One Drop tournament is a new high roller event with more than $17 million dollar prize pool generated by the 166 registered WSOP one drop players.

The High Roller tournament replaces last years WSOP Big One for One Drop, where Antonio Esfandiari won more than $18 million.

The buy-in for the high roller event has been reduced to $111,111 instead of a million, the 2013 High Roller event raised more than half a million for One Drop.

Another new charity poker tournament is the Little One for One Drop which will feature a low buy-in to attract a large playing field.

WSOP One Drop Tournament

The WSOP One Drop High Roller tournament features the biggest prize pool at the 2013 World Series Of Poker. The winner of the event will take home almost $5 million for a first place finish.

WSOP one drop players eliminated on Day 1 included poker pros: Sam Trickett, Isaac Haxton, Michael Mizrachi, Erick Lindgren, Phil Ivey, and Scott Seiver.

WSOP one drop players eliminated on Day 2 included poker pros: Daniel Negrenau, Jason Mercier, Jason Somerville, Gus Hansen, Ben Lamb, Johnny Chan, John Juanda and Vanessa Selbst.

Notable players going into Day 3 included: Antonio Esfandiari, Matt Glantz, Phil Laak, Nick Schulman, Andrew Lichtenberger, Shaun Deeb and Mike Sexton.

Players that survive day 3 will finish in the money making at least $173,723 back on their initial investment. Yevgeniy Timoshenko burst the money bubble and was sent to the rail without cashing.

Little One for ONE DROP

The Little One for One Drop is also a new bracelet event which will be more affordable for the average poker player. The charity poker tournament kicks off on 3-4 July with two starting days, players are allow to rebuy into the tournament if they bust out on the first day.
