This year credit card payments have been introduced as a payment option alongside other methods which include wire transfers and cashier’s checks. Credit card payments have been limited to all tournaments with $1,500 buy-in or less.

WSOP Online Registration 2016
The World Series of Poker have improved the WSOP Online Registration for 2016, register and pay online and avoid queuing at the casino cage to register for events. For the first-time ever players will now be able to pay for their buy-ins using a credit card, however this payment option is limited to buy-in that are less than $1,500.
The payment process will be operated by the WSOP partners Genesis Gaming Solutions using the Bravo Poker Tournament software to process funds. Once signed up you’ll be able to register for all future WSOP events and any other live poker events that uses the system for payments.
Players will need a Bravo Poker account as well as a Caesars Total Rewards Card to complete their WSOP online registration.
No more hassles of queuing to pay for your WSOP buy-in, you’ll just need to visit the Rotunda Area in the Rio Convention Center an hour before the tournament starts. There will be a Fast Pass Total Rewards Desk where players will need to produce proof of identification to verify, those paying with a credit card will need to produce their credit card too.
Payment Methods for WSOP Online Registration
Wire-transfer (register at least 14 days prior to event’s start date)
Cashier’s Check (requires registration at least 14 days prior to event’s start date)
Credit Card – for buy-ins $1500 and under (requires registration at least 72 hours prior for first time use) — Visa MasterCard, Discover and Diners Club Only
Once a credit card has been verified for WSOP 2016, this same card can be used for online registration until the end of late registration for any event without any waiting period required.
WSOP Fast Track Kiosks
Once players have completed the once-off verification at the Rotunda Area they will be able to print all future receipts WSOP Fast Track Kiosks using their Total Rewards Card.

WSOP Registration Fees
Players using the online registration method will be charged an extra fee for the service and processing the funds through the selected options.
- $3 processing fee for every transaction.
- Credit cards payments are billed an extra 2.95% fee per transaction.
- Wire-transfer and cashier’s check fess are charged by your bank at their rates per transaction.
WSOP Registration
You’ll still be able to register for WSOP events using the old method of visiting the Casino cage at the Rio Casino to make payment by person to person transactions. The cages will be open 24/7 from the start of the series on May 31st. There are no additional fees for this method only the buy-in amount.
