Party Poker Powerfest is the replacement tournament series for the Pokerfest which has since been renamed to suit the new Party Poker Power Series tournament schedule.
Each week is dedicated to a specific stake level starting with: Featherweight (low stakes) and Middleweight (medium stakes) and ending off with the Heavyweight division (high stakes and highroller).
The winners of each Powerfest tournament will get entry to an exclusive tournament where they can play for some serious prizes including a Las Vegas prize package.
The 22 day long tournament series started on 1st May and runs daily until 22nd May, 2016. The Bwin Powerfest series caters for low to high stakes players with buy-ins starting at just $5.50.
Satellite tournaments are also running offering players the chance to win a Powerfest ticket from as low as $0.01 on Bwin Poker.
The online poker series has been running since 21st February and concludes on 20th March, 2016. Each week focuses on a specific stake level end off on week four with high roller tournaments.
The weekend of the 11-13 March features the remaining Powerfest Heavyweight tournaments including a $500,000 Guaranteed Main Event.
Qualify for less than the direct buy-in amount by playing the PartyPoker Powerfest Mega satellite tournaments which guaranteed seats to the Main Event.
Last year all withdrawal fees were removed from transactions that used MasterCard, Visa and bank transfers. As of today all eWallet cash-outs have also become free so players will get to keep 100% of their winnings from PartyPoker.
